Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). The items being returned must not be worn, scratched, damaged, altered in any way or be a made to order item to be entitled to a full refund. The item to be returned or exchanged must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase along with all packaging and paperwork.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Refunds will be processed in the same form used for the original purchase. (e.g. Credit Card, PayPal etc.)

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we provide shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your chosen items on the shopping cart and checkout pages, and also your location.
All orders over $50.00 include free shipping if located in Australia.
All items are sent using Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided with every order via email.
BuyJewellery sends all parcels with signature on delivery requirements to guarantee a successful delivery. If you are not at home or the delivery address specified at the time to accept your delivery then a card will be left to advise you to collect your parcel from the specified Australia Post office.
